For over 30 years, Machine Doctors Inc. (MDI) has been providing services to Ford Motor Company, Nemak, Federal Mogul, Consolidated Diesel, Colonial Tool Group, Powertrain Production Systems, Linamar and more. MDI has been a prime contractor in various union and non union environments; providing leadership and supervision to electricians, pipe fitters, millwrights and sheet metal workers.

Machine Doctors is owned and operated by Jeff Brown and Barry Fields, combining over 60 years of machine tool and automotive experience. Throughout their careers, Jeff and Barry continue to be instrumental in the building and commissioning of the following programs.

• Ford I4 Cylinder Head Line (Dagenham, England)
• Ford Zeta 1 Cylinder Head (Bridgend, Wales)
• Ford 2.5L and 3.0L Block Cubing WAP (Windsor, Ontario)
• Ford 4.6, 5.4 and 6.8L Block Line and Cylinder Head including all Automation and ASR’s (Windsor, Ontario)
• Saturn and Ford fractured Connecting Rods at Federal Mogul (Windsor, Ontario)
• Navistar Connecting Rod Machining Line (Indianapolis, Indiana).

 MDI also offers 24 hour emergency service and is able to dispatch Controls Technicians, Hydraulic Technicians and Machine Builders.
